Luxury and eco-friendliness come together inside Lincoln’s all-new Corsair Grand Touring. This premium SUV combines a plug-in hybrid powertrain with creature comforts to help it raise the bar in the green car segment.
“Corsair Grand Touring taps into Lincoln’s growing momentum and builds on our commitment to electrification,” said Joy Falotico, president of The Lincoln Motor Company. “With the addition of Corsair Grand Touring, we now have a family of SUVs that is distinctly Lincoln for every client.”
To offer increased efficiency, the Corsair Grand Touring will carry a specially engineering 2.5-litre four-cylinder gasoline engine that works in conjunction with advanced hybrid technology to offer a combined output of 266 horsepower. It will come with the first-ever Lincoln electric all-wheel drive, also a segment first.
When utilizing this hybrid technology and electric all-wheel drive, this model boasts a targeted EPA-estimated all-electric range of more than 25 miles. It will also come with various drive modes, including Normal, Conserve, Excite, Slippery, and Deep Conditions, and Preserve EV and Pure EV modes are also available.
The Corsair Grand Touring will be the second Lincoln plug-in hybrid option available when it’s launched this summer, and we’re looking forward to offering it here at Downtown Lincoln. It will join the Aviator Grand Touring, which came out in the fall.
